Privacy Policy

NetTake is a personal compensation-planning product. It is not affiliated with any employer and should not be used as an official compensation, payroll, tax, or employer reporting system.

Use project aliases by default. Do not enter client names, deal names, confidential engagement details, government identifiers, account credentials, or other sensitive details that are not needed for personal planning.

The product may store account details, user-provided compensation and tax-planning assumptions, project aliases, optional real project names, time entries, normalized import rows, scenario settings, account status, and export or deletion requests. Uploaded source spreadsheets are processed for the import review and are not retained by NetTake.

Hosted environments may use infrastructure, authentication, database, and support providers. Provider secrets stay server-side. NetTake does not sell personal data or use sensitive compensation or project data for advertising profiles.

The Windows companion can expose a read-only local MCP connection that you configure in Claude. It shares project aliases and selected aggregate planning results with your chosen Claude environment, while excluding raw time-entry notes, source files, tax settings, and after-tax estimates. Claude or an employer-managed Claude account processes that data under its own terms and policies. Do not enable the connection unless your workplace permits it.

Account exports download directly when available. Account deletion starts a recovery window and revokes connected sync devices. Backup retention and provider-level deletion may take additional time as described by the service provider's operational retention controls.
